Introduction
This mill is one of the global dominant manufacturers in OCTG industry and small diameter boiler tube. Their products are exported to Europe, North/South America, Middle East, CIS, Southeast Asia, Australia and more. It's a member of www.energyahead.com certified by CNPC(China National Petroleum Corporation) and an excellent supplier for the top 3 boiler manufacturer in China.
This mill was founded in 1958 and was listed on Shengzhen Stock Exchange in 2010. It has built-in railway line connecting to Shanghai/Nanjing railway which would shorten delivery time compared to other mills in China. It has 2,000 employees, including 400 professinal engineers and technicians. Equipped with 5 world-class level hot-rolling lines, 8 threading lines, 2 U-tube lines.
The annual production capacity is 750,000 tons, which includes 250,000 tons of tubing, 250,000 tons of casing, 180,000 tons of boiler tubes, 10,000 tons of supercritical and ultra-supercritical U-tubes, 50,000 tons of super length tubes and 10,000 tons of mechanical tubes.
Quality control
It has full set of inspection and research equipment, including exporting devices such as UT & ET test device, hydro test device, spectrometer, metalloscope, scanning electron microcopy etc. Specifically, it has 1 Online Nondestructive Testing Equipment (Including thickness measurement), 2 physical and chemical laboratory, 1 corrosion laboratory, too.
Also it is qualified by ISO9001, 14001, 18001 management system, API monogram certificate, TUV certified PED and AD W2000 EU certificate, the Russian GOST certificate, large oil suppliers access certificate and boiler plant of the three A-Power Group supplier, nuclear power equipment company Shanghai Electric found qualified certificates, etc.
