About position

On-boarding training will be provided on/offline by the management
Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales in assigned territory

Develop new customers who are willing to purchase China & Korea origin steel pipes such as Line pipe, OCTG, Structural pipe, STS pipe and fitting & flange

Offline inquiry

You need to get inquiries by contacting potential buyers on your own

Online inquiry

When we receive online inquiries, we will set you up a meeting with buyers to follow up

Liaise between the Company and customers for up-to-date pricing, customer service, and problem-solving.

Manage and grow relationships with customers – new and existing.

Update and maintain customer account/contact information.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints if needed.

Provide market overview and insight to headquarter on a monthly basis

Utilize sales management tools (Trello, What’s App etc.) to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency with headquarter
Qualifications
-
A minimum of 1~2 years experience in commodity trading or steel pipe distribution industry

A strong understanding of commodity trading or steel pipe products
-
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customer

Customer-centric mindset and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable with new software to use or willing to learn how to work smart by utilizing IT

Fluent in verbal/written English is must
